But this time I want to pen few of my own.The concern is long,the execution is just the turn of time and from the ages the fact may be we're ignoring or not that conscious specifically for those who puts the first priority to Business,for whose the Business is all about Money,Money & Money.But no it's not that Money bound business or a that the business is bound by money.It's rather something that's by the People,for the People and of course of the People.Any of the business giants,the business houses we do set our icons they all are proven the fact that Business is People centric than Money oriented.Yes,in the modern materialistic world often we do ignore the fact that is well established through the ages that the Business is based on it's peoples.there's no existence of any of the ventures until unless the peoples aren't doing their job,they're not feeling themselves associated with the value system.

Whatever it's a family or a Business the base is something around the value systems one & all are practicing.

And the value system of a business is nothing else but the peoples.I met so many peoples who're not much happy with their job not because the job isn't suitable but the policies aren't friendly.Each & every time you priorities money then & then your organization starts loosening a dedicated employee.And,even in a family did we ever can rule one way,we've to share views we've to sacrifice,compromise at times.

Rome wasn't built in a day we know and the hidden fact behind is it's team work anyways,any empire you're going to run ou build,built it on the value systems of the persons associated,the leader is who knows how to manage peoples,so many banking institutions are there to manage the monetary obstacles.

A kick-start we need,a kick-start is our desire.

Here the kick-start refers to Motivation of course,and yes the motivation is needed to all of us in all aspects of life.Time is never constant so we're obliged to move.But did we move forward all the time?

No,not at all,even knowing the truth we not always that active to move ahead to explore.Willingly or unwillingly certainly or uncertainly we become stagnant as the speed -breaker in our own way to improve,of being ahead.And,that's time we need the kick-start of motivation

Motivation plays a pivotal role in our day to day life,whether it's a baby's innocent smile or teary eyes of an old.Although it depends on the emotional attachement we carry or born with but yes it can change the story.

In the course of life for sure all of us become de-motivated time to time,and we expected ourself to be be in the track again as long we all are destined to attain our individual goals.But the greatest of all the motivations is the one comes from inside yes the voice we call "inner-voice".Irrespect of caste,creed,color we all can be the milestone of our own life at least if we can hear the voice of soul.The reason we born the day we discover is the ultimate of life.

Incomplete Accomplishment........!

A certain thought and immediate execution and what else a Writer can do.Yes,it's all about the state of mind that a Writer carries and executes time to time.And,in the so long journey of last 15 years(the span of mine being Writer)as it all begins when am some around of 10.

From early childhood am very synchronized disciplined and a boy next door as ever but as I grew up somehow a curiosity is also grown and that's of defining the infinite.Yes,a never ending quest we are born with and really very profound itself,pristine as well.And,with the growing age the hunger is grown as well,lot to learn,lot of observe,lot to execute & share.Am blessed that I'm Indian,rather a Bengali by intellect.And that furnish as well accomplish me a lot indeed,but still the thirst is irresistible so the journey is endless within the specific time.
Company of nice peoples around an added advantage undoubtedly.Long way to go ahead so many unknown destinies to discover,and yes I believe someday the soul'll reach the point where the birth will be justified until unless what that all we can do is tireless efforts.

~Diversified belongings & emotional Intelligence~

We belong to different origins,we came out of different circumstances and that builts an emotional intelligence willingly or uncertainly,with which we carry our diversified belongings.The belongings by birth,by race,by our native place and that helps us stand out from the crowd.Being into HR I'm really fateful that I met so many peoples on regular basis although I'm born with the basic instinct of Writing,being a Bengali by birth undoubtedly I've the heritage of culture in my blood.And like this all of us have their own diversified belongings which includes the emotional intelligence while passing through the phases of life.

And my belief says we all must brush up that belongings we've,as long that makes the difference in a genuine aspect.We all are in the mid of a tom & jerry race,and trying our best to stand out from the crowd willingly or unwillingly.Being on the professional front yes we've to prove ourself certainly we're pulled or pushed towards what we're not and if we've the belief that yes we're strong enough to face the diversities and we can assure that only when we're aware about our strengths.

A man known by character and character made off virtues,principles,hobbies,habits and so many things else we can include.So today I'd like to draw your attention towards "DEPRIVE OFF OR BY".

We all love to-be have but is that the fact that we should have all the thing or there's something which we should "deprive off" as well.Yes,we must adapt to deprive off or by.In context I can remember so many examples I can put from our day to day life.But,sorry I never want to stretch it out being on the professional front.

In all aspects of life we've to sacrifice time to time often we do charity as well,and according the consequences we conclude up being human.But what that all we lose or gain in the cycle that's the context of life.

Well coming to the point all that I want to share with you all is a very clear perception we should have on the professional front or at that emotional.Be fair enough to yourself,all that comes your way will not always that longs last.Learn to deprive ask to yourself be pride enough of being the imperfect.

Before the creator all are puppet.Live your way.

A very much practical experience in the field of HR for sure we all do face that's the cauos centering fresher hiring.

Completing the basic education(as the parameters raising day by day)when we're in search of our bread & butter(exceptions always there).Being far from the native places in some cases at the same place,less or more we all are concerned about the fact......

What Next!

And on the other hand the person on the opposite chair with the consent of future(we call HR) what he/she's looking for,can we do our best to convince and so many other flash thoughts peeping in mind.Keeping all these anxiety in mind we do appear for the interview and if or when we got selected needless to say less or more we feel our self at cloud nine for a while(may be for long).

But what about that person who's hiring a unskilled fellow,it's always a investment for the concerned body to make the fellow skillful enough.And in the way if the fellow realise that the field he/she has chosen isn't that his/her cup of tea.There's nothing worse for the hiring body as long the investment become bad debt.So what,what all the strategies one should follow or is there any particular strategy we can adapt to avoid these back out.

Of course I beleive. As long the fault is on the both aspects.

Being on the HR front one should judge the adamind of the candidate,not the background he belongs to as long in the long run charity never stands out it's the labor,perseverance,dedication,determination and the destiny for sure.For a time being a man can be driven by certain emotions but that never lasts.

And on the candidate aspect the only thing I can suggest is define your destiny.Life is yours lead it your own way.You're destined with the abilities you're born there's no miracle that'll change anything in a fortnight.

Why predictions why all the assumptions when the journey is towards endless.In all aspects of life all of us predicting the unknown,we call it luck,sometimes bad luck.

No,we never know what's forthcoming and that's the instinct we born with to predict the unknown to assume the forthcoming.But before the superior,attaining the supreme soul all we're helpless.Let all the worries to that superior the supreme soul the only father.Quoting the Vedas the "Brahm".

Attain the sea of knowledge nourish the soul within with restless flow of time-shower,there's yet to learn yet to grow yet to fill the gap within.

Leave the assumptions as there's someone who says "Certainly not....".

So don't fade up of complexities,dare to face it,be active to resolve it.

The gainer will be you only,rushing from situation makes it complex more than solutioning.At times I beleive complexities are good for health.

Why not -CA

A very personal context still relevant only because it's all about the person.

Yes,it's an unturned page of my life that being a "so called" scholar of Accounts why did I leave studies so early.In the year 2006 when I've passed my matriculation and I'm confused about my future stream what to select Science/Arts/Commerce;Science isn't not my cup of tea as long I'm never much indulged in studies in my school days(although I scored pretty well comparatively in board exams).Next is Arts which is my all time nightmare being the ambassador of History & Geography(although I'm fond of Literature) so the last & only option I've is Commerce.

And,infact that day brought a U-turn to my career,I started studying Commerce than Accounts,where like all others am very novice.But still it seems interesting and I sunk day by day.On the go I passed my Higher Secondary(12th).I'm the highest scorer in Accounts in the board exams in fact the second most happiest day of my life(as long I'm very rare been happy till).Because all it pays off my patience,my dedication,my commitment.

But the honeymoon period never stays long so that I've to move on,I've to earn my bread & butter as long I'm not that father's son but nephew of somebody(in nutshell my father is ever independent).I brought up with the spirit to touch the sky and I'm sure enough that I'll do it someday,scoring well my vision is much clear of my future I want to be a Professor of Accounts but the time has planned something else.And the whirlpool isn't not so far I get admitted in college,dreams are as usual of being the University topper(as long I believe I can do it).

But the time has his own curves and we've to mold accordingly,carrying coal to new castle isn't the business of time may be concerned to whosoever else.So,on the go I completed my graduation the marks are poor undoubtedly I lost,I broke and I flood all it off.There's nobody to pull me back and I'll never as I believe it's better to throw the Crown than wearing it being wormed out.

But it's not the conclusion it's the beginning as Gold never losses it's value,so the spirits are indomitable.Someday I will overcome for sure.-26.11.2014

Careful Neighbour

Today it's 26th of November,Wednesday a day like any other but just 6 years back the scenario is not all the same.On way to office today morning am tuned into one of the Radio channels and like any other day,but when the RJ announced the day we witness 6 years ago isn't that the today it's and what about the neighbours of ours whom we think are the concerned person behind all these.

So he connected to one of our Neighbour's and asked his views regarding the day that made the date memorable.And the view on the opposite side is as same as we've.Yes the person is as much concerned the pain reflects as much we do suffer of and not only he also admitted all of our neighbour's are as much concered regarding all these.

So what that makes the difference!

It's all about some animals within us,we do care for Peace and that's the one & only religion we do care for whether we or our neighbors,and anybody in the world whosoever.

"The world is fair enough"-in my last organisation I learnt.

I joined there as a fresher-a frog of well infact belonging to a small town and the journey is towards the endless as it's my damn passion since childhood to achieve something that's literally out of the world to be stand individual be an idol.Circumstances are there which made me alone all the time challenging me to survive in odds but being on the professional front it's not that easy for me to manage all the things that smoothly.

So,I stumbled often I fall down but I never lose hope I get up myself there's none behind beyond a voice "Yes,you've to do it either you've to follow".

How can I as long I realize I'm born to be unbound so I can't follow all that's possible for me is to breaking the walls,to discover the unknown horizon and yes somehow I realize,I felt the world is fair enough.

All you need to do is be true to yourself,dare enough to implement your inner voice.For sure someday you've followers for your deeds.-19.11.2014

Yes,we can all we've to do is brushing up the Alma Mater within.Whether it's Nalanda/Oxford it's all in our soul all we've to do is to discover that feeling to reach the endless.To achieve the excellence whatever we're supposed to do.

We've to be patient while listening we've to be active on working,we've to restless until we reach our destiny.

"Do(X) judge by dress & sex"

A very common phrase itself I first heard during my College days,from one of my teachers "Don't judge a person by face & dress" as I'm always very liberal of dressing can say "take it simple silly "types.

And,there're so many who've been criticized for the same.A very well said phrase comes to my mind in this context;although I can't remember it at perfect but it's all around that "A man who cut jokes on a female's stuff have never paid for it",

And have to say it's an absolute saying word by word,whoever a male or a female,what circumstance one belongs to until unless we know;the in & out we should never pass such comments.We all are fond of looking beautiful,there's hardly anybody who dislike to find (him/her)self pretty.

And as long in our globe we all are habituated to de-grade the opposite sex to lead the opposite sex even in the age when we reach the Mars what about our mindset if we can't even justify such basic human acts.

On the professional front we all try to be look at our best and that's very much professional indeed that's part of our job.But,alas some peoples are much coveted to see our faces(silly) and so many things else while.

We all are educated enough mannered enough to establish our inner humanity,and I wish someday we'll all be a race called human beyond being this diversities.

Very specific on the professional front at least I do care for it.

Either I leave or I lead.

The day I started and the day I'm all I learnt is just "Leave it or Lead it"

In my college days when I'm always been keen to be the best,one of my very close friend of course great inspiration of mine as well greatest rivalry.

He told me someday "If you want to be second follow me."

I hardly ever follow him and be true to myself he always appreciates my enthu as I always listen to my heart,I do what I think is the best.I must mention that I'm no more that topper that I'm once still I lead something different i.e. my way,my LIfe & my implementations.But still somewhere I think it may lead some others as well being the human being,being with the instinct of being leader or master we born.

So never lose hope never feel poor you're born to be different be yourself.

~Tips to Fresher Job Hunters~

We all started novice,someday somewhere no matter where we'd reach.As the leap matters but what all matters is the urge within,where-when-how & so more.

Walk-in's & bulk hiring's,college campussing a few of the most known procedures of fresher hiring.

But what all the things a Recruiter needs from a fresher.

1.Education from Tier-1 Institute:-Not always neccesary,untill the process is for the largest Industry giants or someone who offers the reasonable package.

2.Mental Preparation:-The major of all the things and must say the foremost priority specifically for a fresher is the mental homework.The candidate must aware of the process he going to face,until unless it's nothing but waste of time.

3.Industry Knowledge:-Needless to say less having this thing none can be hired unless there's something miracle happens.In the age of specialisation we less or much aware about our skills & expertise so it's better to choose the proper indusrty & move up the ladder accordingly.

4.Dressing sense:-Another most prior thing that freshers oftenly overcome except Management Graduates(exception resides).As long the 1st impression is the last impression theory exists and implies the most incase of a fresher.

5.Homework of Organisation:-Another major priority that any organisation looks for is the understanding of the organisation the candidate appeared for.
