~Fresher Hiring & HR~

A very much practical experience in the field of HR for sure we all do face that's the cauos centering fresher hiring.
Completing the basic education(as the parameters raising day by day)when we're in search of our bread & butter(exceptions always there).Being far from the native places in some cases at the same place,less or more we all are concerned about the fact......
What Next!

And on the other hand the person on the opposite chair with the consent of future(we call HR) what he/she's looking for,can we do our best to convince and so many other flash thoughts peeping in mind.Keeping all these anxiety in mind we do appear for the interview and if or when we got selected needless to say less or more we feel our self at cloud nine for a while(may be for long).
But what about that person who's hiring a unskilled fellow,it's always a investment for the concerned body to make the fellow skillful enough.And in the way if the fellow realise that the field he/she has chosen isn't that his/her cup of tea.There's nothing worse for the hiring body as long the investment become bad debt.So what,what all the strategies one should follow or is there any particular strategy we can adapt to avoid these back out.
Of course I beleive. As long the fault is on the both aspects.
Being on the HR front one should judge the adamind of the candidate,not the background he belongs to as long in the long run charity never stands out it's the labor,perseverance,dedication,determination and the destiny for sure.For a time being a man can be driven by certain emotions but that never lasts.
And on the candidate aspect the only thing I can suggest is define your destiny.Life is yours lead it your own way.You're destined with the abilities you're born there's no miracle that'll change anything in a fortnight.
