But this time I want to pen few of my own.The concern is long,the execution is just the turn of time and from the ages the fact may be we're ignoring or not that conscious specifically for those who puts the first priority to Business,for whose the Business is all about Money,Money & Money.But no it's not that Money bound business or a that the business is bound by money.It's rather something that's by the People,for the People and of course of the People.Any of the business giants,the business houses we do set our icons they all are proven the fact that Business is People centric than Money oriented.Yes,in the modern materialistic world often we do ignore the fact that is well established through the ages that the Business is based on it's peoples.there's no existence of any of the ventures until unless the peoples aren't doing their job,they're not feeling themselves associated with the value system.


Whatever it's a family or a Business the base is something around the value systems one & all are practicing.
And the value system of a business is nothing else but the peoples.I met so many peoples who're not much happy with their job not because the job isn't suitable but the policies aren't friendly.Each & every time you priorities money then & then your organization starts loosening a dedicated employee.And,even in a family did we ever can rule one way,we've to share views we've to sacrifice,compromise at times.
Rome wasn't built in a day we know and the hidden fact behind is it's team work anyways,any empire you're going to run ou build,built it on the value systems of the persons associated,the leader is who knows how to manage peoples,so many banking institutions are there to manage the monetary obstacles.
So be people centric,business will come your way.-20.12.2014

~Highest Motivation-"Inner Voice"~

A kick-start we need,a kick-start is our desire.
Here the kick-start refers to Motivation of course,and yes the motivation is needed to all of us in all aspects of life.Time is never constant so we're obliged to move.But did we move forward all the time?
No,not at all,even knowing the truth we not always that active to move ahead to explore.Willingly or unwillingly certainly or uncertainly we become stagnant as the speed -breaker in our own way to improve,of being ahead.And,that's time we need the kick-start of motivation
Motivation plays a pivotal role in our day to day life,whether it's a baby's innocent smile or teary eyes of an old.Although it depends on the emotional attachement we carry or born with but yes it can change the story.

In the course of life for sure all of us become de-motivated time to time,and we expected ourself to be be in the track again as long we all are destined to attain our individual goals.But the greatest of all the motivations is the one comes from inside yes the voice we call "inner-voice".Irrespect of caste,creed,color we all can be the milestone of our own life at least if we can hear the voice of soul.The reason we born the day we discover is the ultimate of life.
Be healthy at heart,creative at mind,patient to hear.

Incomplete Accomplishment........!

A certain thought and immediate execution and what else a Writer can do.Yes,it's all about the state of mind that a Writer carries and executes time to time.And,in the so long journey of last 15 years(the span of mine being Writer)as it all begins when am some around of 10.

From early childhood am very synchronized disciplined and a boy next door as ever but as I grew up somehow a curiosity is also grown and that's of defining the infinite.Yes,a never ending quest we are born with and really very profound itself,pristine as well.And,with the growing age the hunger is grown as well,lot to learn,lot of observe,lot to execute & share.Am blessed that I'm Indian,rather a Bengali by intellect.And that furnish as well accomplish me a lot indeed,but still the thirst is irresistible so the journey is endless within the specific time.
Company of nice peoples around an added advantage undoubtedly.Long way to go ahead so many unknown destinies to discover,and yes I believe someday the soul'll reach the point where the birth will be justified until unless what that all we can do is tireless efforts.

We belong to different origins,we came out of different circumstances and that builts an emotional intelligence willingly or uncertainly,with which we carry our diversified belongings.The belongings by birth,by race,by our native place and that helps us stand out from the crowd.Being into HR I'm really fateful that I met so many peoples on regular basis although I'm born with the basic instinct of Writing,being a Bengali by birth undoubtedly I've the heritage of culture in my blood.And like this all of us have their own diversified belongings which includes the emotional intelligence while passing through the phases of life.

And my belief says we all must brush up that belongings we've,as long that makes the difference in a genuine aspect.We all are in the mid of a tom & jerry race,and trying our best to stand out from the crowd willingly or unwillingly.Being on the professional front yes we've to prove ourself certainly we're pulled or pushed towards what we're not and if we've the belief that yes we're strong enough to face the diversities and we can assure that only when we're aware about our strengths.
So,define the belongings and the intelligence you're born with,grown with for sure,the winner will be you only.-05.12.2014

I can answer in a word i.e. Keyword.
The lever of Recruitment is keyword,quoting the great soul........

Same here you give me a Keyword,I'll give you the profile as simple as that.Believe me in the course of recruitment there's no Rocket science,I tried my best(as long it matters)but really I'm unable to lose hope so I decide why not let's share the spirit.

~Learn to Deprive...ofF/By~

A man known by character and character made off virtues,principles,hobbies,habits and so many things else we can include.So today I'd like to draw your attention towards "DEPRIVE OFF OR BY".
We all love to-be have but is that the fact that we should have all the thing or there's something which we should "deprive off" as well.Yes,we must adapt to deprive off or by.In context I can remember so many examples I can put from our day to day life.But,sorry I never want to stretch it out being on the professional front.

In all aspects of life we've to sacrifice time to time often we do charity as well,and according the consequences we conclude up being human.But what that all we lose or gain in the cycle that's the context of life.
Well coming to the point all that I want to share with you all is a very clear perception we should have on the professional front or at that emotional.Be fair enough to yourself,all that comes your way will not always that longs last.Learn to deprive ask to yourself be pride enough of being the imperfect.
Before the creator all are puppet.Live your way.

~Fresher Hiring & HR~

A very much practical experience in the field of HR for sure we all do face that's the cauos centering fresher hiring.
Completing the basic education(as the parameters raising day by day)when we're in search of our bread & butter(exceptions always there).Being far from the native places in some cases at the same place,less or more we all are concerned about the fact......
What Next!

And on the other hand the person on the opposite chair with the consent of future(we call HR) what he/she's looking for,can we do our best to convince and so many other flash thoughts peeping in mind.Keeping all these anxiety in mind we do appear for the interview and if or when we got selected needless to say less or more we feel our self at cloud nine for a while(may be for long).
But what about that person who's hiring a unskilled fellow,it's always a investment for the concerned body to make the fellow skillful enough.And in the way if the fellow realise that the field he/she has chosen isn't that his/her cup of tea.There's nothing worse for the hiring body as long the investment become bad debt.So what,what all the strategies one should follow or is there any particular strategy we can adapt to avoid these back out.
Of course I beleive. As long the fault is on the both aspects.
Being on the HR front one should judge the adamind of the candidate,not the background he belongs to as long in the long run charity never stands out it's the labor,perseverance,dedication,determination and the destiny for sure.For a time being a man can be driven by certain emotions but that never lasts.
And on the candidate aspect the only thing I can suggest is define your destiny.Life is yours lead it your own way.You're destined with the abilities you're born there's no miracle that'll change anything in a fortnight.
