Inherent Sorrows

So many times I tried to avoid
But it's unavoidable
I tried heart & soul to resist
But my efforts are nothing but day dreams
Do you know what about I'm talking?
Its quite tough indeed
Because I'm talking about my tears
Yes,these're the stupidiest thing
Truely.......
Reasonlessly these're come out
Purposefully as well purposelessly
Beyond all formalities
These're so informal
I'm just hopeless
But,the cruel truth is.....
How can I hide my inherent sorrow?
How can I say words dipped in my heart?
Some emotions're forever unexpressed
And,it's better to be.......
So that........Written on 31.07.2012,Tuesday

Please,let me alive.........!

Aimless I'm
Hopeless at all
Tottering on the road
Showering cats & dogs
Horns of vehicles
Seems to be thousand drums beating
Leave me alone
Please,leave me alone
All I need is peace
A place in Almighty's feet
Let me pray
Please,let me alone

Letter to Superior

Dear God,
                 Why did you create us?
Yet now,I can't make it out!
But,the quest is can't you see?
What mischief your spouse doing here?
                  So,how you can be neutral?
What's the reason you bear all these?
My elders said that you're very powerfull
There's no limit of your power
So,why don't you punish these stupids?
                  Why don't you reply?
Are you deaf or a dumb?
                  I see
                  Ya,I can make it
                  Actually,you're nothing but a imagination
                  As a creative writer
                  Create characters as per requirement
You're also just a comic character
                  Having no existence in reality
                  Till moment;I'm silly,stupid,innocent
                  But,not more
                  Now,I'll be too as you're
                  No comments,no controversies,no cauos
Then only can be happy forever as you're
Thanks for such a great leson
                  Sorry,for the initial misunderstanding
                  You're really graet....

With best regards from,
One of your unnumerable spouse

With Love

If I'm serving come purpose on this planet that's only courtesy goes to my writing.I found people obsessed about their own writings and with the rage of social media where it all depends upon a number of like, comments or very shares one have on their mighty possession.
In my case although I follow some different philosophies of my very own.
I care not a least even I've a single view on my post or not as long its my journey to nourish my own soul so how come one's like or dislike can fetch that greater purpose of my existence where even the least of morsel I'd is of my own effort sounds rude must be but to be very frank all I taught in life by life for life is live at your own.
Contradicts must arise so why on a social platform so here my strategy is to chose peoples of real potential to exchange my views with them.A very specific group of peoples with whom here I'm expressing my innermost feelings and that's a fully volunteer y one.
Well,on the other hand there's a obvious tendency of carrying coal to new castel with us all silly human beings.
And,the most terrible point is the gender inclination as well.
My compassion & sympathy are with those always who really don't find their own being blessed enough and relies upon others for being praised.
Well, although its really adventurous for me to discover the gems within and the journey begins almost 15 years back with this piece of Writing,I treat it as my very first weaving of words when I was somewhere 9+ years;even there's a philosophy at that time with my struggling childhood with the empty stomach and so the reflection is here.
Hope would like it.
With Love...heart emoticon

A untimely visit of course because there's something getting wrong getting day by day;its time to repay the debt am owing by my life to the place;which nurtures my childhood caress my adolescence so its my time to bow down towards the pristine land.

None is there to behold

What about a cracked stone?

#Oneness

Its just the yesterday I went to one of my colleague's home, the reason behind is a formal meeting before leaving the office as long its my last day. So,although its not my first visit but am astonished to saw at a glance as soon I stepped into. The set up is very simple there's no humpty dumpty of furniture's a double bed, accompanied with a LED TV on wall,a cooler on the outer window,a sofa and computer-table for working that my friend uses. So,the glimpse astonished me is a image of some Sikh Gurus on the shoulder of the wooden bed,and beside of that its an idol of Ganeshji, although the very first time I noticed this change but it doesn't take a long to make me remind that my sister-in-law(his wife) is a Punjabi, and as my friend is of simple Hindu belief.

Well,as my friend is on a call when I reported his place and as soon he hang up the call I make him acknowledged of the fact astonished on a certain glimpse. So,he clarified on his end that he's just too liberal with anyone's religious belief;and even if somebody wants to read the holy Namaj at his place,he'd have no objection even.

For that time being,I'm impressed with his liberal thought of celebrating the communal harmony but the very evening when I was just wandering in my own thoughts so I realized is that all he doing is correct!

Yes,and the plot the question arouse from is nothing but if two mature peoples are equally devoted to there own religion and they feel its quite justifiable to follow there own idols or images or Gurus in their own way. So,what about the child that will come someday on the earth?

We're determined with our own beliefs and upbringings of course, but is that all we meant to brought up for;isn't any other duty we fall off within us even if when we having our better-half from some other communities or religious beliefs!

I believe personally when it comes to India we shouldn't manifest our own views of religions with our fellow among st may be our family or a larger social group. Its a real celebrating fact that we're dare enough to break the century boundaries of caste, creed and religions.

But the alarming question unanswered what religion'd the child will follow.Isn't it possible for us to implement the theory of oneness or the democracy in our own life.

I wish its damn possible and when it comes to an Indian I swear the answer must be "Hell Yes".

May the glory live long,be proud to be an Indian;be an Indian by heart.

Jai Hind.

Karma-Re-defined

"Karma" or "Act" the inevitable as Shri Krishna says in the holy Gita, that no living being can't ever be untouched by "Karma". consciously unconsciously;knowingly or unknowingly we all are devoted to "Karma- the inevitable Act".The act even of dreaming of the highest fantasy or the act of mourning for the dearest, the act being breathing at the least or the act of being feel on cloud nine.

Whatsoever it's but its there to define our destiny;conflicts are ever there around the origin of the least "Amoeba" to the most complicated "Human being" and the challenges from the times science claiming it all begins with non-living things and on the contrary the very prestigious Vedanta Society and the Spiritual Gurus who claims that all these are created by a "Supreme Power";the Lord may be differentiated with bifurcations of religions and religious beliefs of some group of peoples.

And,coming to the main stream of the discussion,so how & in what manner actually "Karma" affects-:

And,to dive in the deep with the concept of "Karma" we've to believe that the each & every wordings of our Manuscripts since the oldest Rig Veda to the holy Gita,Purans and the mostly the Vedanta as long the word Vedanta stands itself for the "END OF KNOWLEDGE"(Veda means the very "Gyan or Knowledge" itself and the Anta means "End" so the combination it forms Vedanta.)are true to best of my belief, and I'd abide by.

So,after suffering the carnations of 84,00,000 fannies finally when we got the highest human birth, and the flow is being coming through the very 1st of Karma getting complicated enough I feel so coming to the very fair example of our current state.

Even if I take the instance on my very own existence so it'll sum up like being born of a Brahmin Bengali family;carrying the glory of art in blood from the ancient times of our cultural heritage I'm supposed to a fair intellectual personality but the "Karma" has some other plans for me.From the very early childhood or to be said the day my mother got conceived off me the preparations begin. And,here another conflict why me with so many odds in my life so that's only & only explanation is due to of my early misdeeds;the reason behind with the same state of birth & origin even two brother or sisters never attain same fate or destiny.

Because, even to be most fair towards the materialistic people's around I can't stand with the debate of being
untouched the theory of my previous birth because as said before with the same birth origin & state even when people attain different destinies is not only for the provocations or instincts one carrying but also and the real inevitable "Karma".

Any of the criticisms are more than warm welcome up to as my firm belief says the affects are well-explained and for the further details a meeting over Coffee is utmost pleasure for me.

And now it's time moving towards the so called remedies-:

Being an Indian we all are well aware about the saying of 7 births although my vision is not much clear is that really possible to clean off all the Karma's in the cycle of 7 births. But,beyond the numbers here my focus is unto the ways to redeem the pain, agony, sufferings that we're welcoming to our own self being conscious or being simply unaware off.

In this context as my mind is instantly mumbling a very real life example of one of the greatest Saint of Modern India none the other but Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi and his famous saying of

"Not to see the bad,Not to speak the bad,Not to listen the bad".

I believe is an ultimate dossier to the spirits within to teach how to lead a life to attain the eternal abode, doesn't matter whatever the materialistic world is expecting as the Saint himself set an example of the extremes of materialism as well the extremes of sanity.

And, in the conclusion have to say the most obvious criticisms must be about the genetics theory we're carrying and the only question that left unanswered if Science can even create a least of grass root. What all we possess are blessings of the eternal power none the less but and we all are serving the purpose anyways.

Wish you all a great time ahead, may the blessings be with all!

e-mail Etiquette-:Essence of course

Communication is base of any relation whatever the aspect may be,and on the business front the importance of mail communication is undoubtedly the utmost. And,while on the fast-track movement in the digital age lets re-visit the pointers of essence.

1. Include a clear, direct subject line

Examples of a good subject line include "Meeting date changed," "Quick question about your presentation," or "Suggestions for the proposal."
"People often decide whether to open an email based on the subject line," Pachter says. "Choose one that lets readers know you are addressing their concerns or business issues."

2. Use a professional email address

If you work for a company, you should use your company email address. But if you use a personal email account — whether you are self-employed or just like using it occasionally for work-related correspondences — you should be careful when choosing that address, Pachter says.
You should always have an email address that conveys your name so that the recipient knows exactly who is sending the email. Never use email addresses(perhaps remnants of your grade-school days) that are not appropriate for use in the workplace, such as "babygirl@..." or "beerlover@..." — no matter how much you love a cold brew.

3. Think twice before hitting 'reply all'

No one wants to read emails from 20 people that have nothing to do with them. Ignoring the emails can be difficult, with many people getting notifications of new messages on their smartphones or distracting pop-up messages on their computer screens. Refrain from hitting "reply all" unless you really think everyone on the list needs to receive the email, Pachter says.

4. Use professional salutations

Don't use laid-back, colloquial expressions like, "Hey you guys," "Yo," or "Hi folks."
"The relaxed nature of our writings should not affect the salutation in an email," she says. "Hey is a very informal salutation and generally it should not be used in the workplace. And Yo is not okay either. Use Hi or Hello instead." She also advises against shortening anyone's name. Say "Hi Michael," unless you're certain he prefers to be called " ..
5. Use exclamation points sparingly.
If you choose to use an exclamation point, use only one to convey excitement, Pachter says.
"People sometimes get carried away and put a number of exclamation points at the end of their sentences. The result can appear too emotional or immature," she writes. "Exclamation points should be used sparingly in writing."
6. Be cautious with humor.
Humor can easily get lost in translation without the right tone or facial expressions. In a professional exchange, it's better to leave humor out of emails unless you know the recipient well. Also, something that you think is funny might not be funny to someone else.
Pachter says: "Something perceived as funny when spoken may come across very differently when written. When in doubt, leave it out."
7. Know that people from different cultures speak and write differently.
Miscommunication can easily occur because of cultural differences, especially in the writing form when we can't see one another's body language. Tailor your message to the receiver's cultural background or how well you know them.
A good rule to keep in mind, Pachter says, is that high-context cultures (Japanese, Arab, or Chinese) want to get to know you before doing business with you. Therefore, it may be common for business associates from these countries to be more personal in their writings. On the other hand, people from low-context cultures (German, American, or Scandinavian) prefer to get to the point very quickly.
8. Reply to your emails — even if the email wasn't intended for you.
It's difficult to reply to every email message ever sent to you, but you should try to, Pachter says. This includes when the email was accidentally sent to you, especially if the sender is expecting a reply. A reply isn't necessary but serves as good email etiquette, especially if this person works in the same company or industry as you.
Here's an example reply: "I know you're very busy, but I don't think you meant to send this email to me. And I wanted to let you know so you can send it to the correct person."
9. Proofread every message.
Your mistakes won't go unnoticed by the recipients of your email. "And, depending upon the recipient, you may be judged for making them," Pachter says.
Don't rely on spell-checkers. Read and re-read your email a few times, preferably aloud, before sending it off.
"One supervisor intended to write 'Sorry for the inconvenience,'" Pachter says. "But he relied on his spell-check and ended up writing 'Sorry for the incontinence.'"
10. Add the email address last.
"You don't want to send an email accidentally before you have finished writing and proofing the message," Pachter says. "Even when you are replying to a message, it's a good precaution to delete the recipient's address and insert it only when you are sure the message is ready to be sent."
11. Double-check that you've selected the correct recipient.
Pachter says to pay careful attention when typing a name from your address book on the email's "To" line. "It's easy to select the wrong name, which can be embarrassing to you and to the person who receives the email by mistake."
12. Keep your fonts classic.
Purple Comic Sans has a time and a place (maybe?), but for business correspondence, keep your fonts, colors, and sizes classic.
The cardinal rule: Your emails should be easy for other people to read.
"Generally, it is best to use 10- or 12- point type and an easy-to-read font such as Arial, Calibri, or Times New Roman," Pachter advises. As for color, black is the safest choice.
13. Keep tabs on your tone.
Just as jokes get lost in translation, tone is easy to misconstrue without the context you'd get from vocal cues and facial expressions. Accordingly, it's easy to come off as more abrupt that you might have intended — you meant "straightforward," they read "angry and curt."
To avoid misunderstandings, Pachter recommends you read your message out loud before hitting send. "If it sounds harsh to you, it will sound harsh to the reader," she says.
For best results, avoid using unequivocally negative words ("failure," "wrong," or "neglected"), and always say "please" and "thank you."
14. Nothing is confidential — so write accordingly.
Always remember what former CIA chief General David Petraeus apparently forgot, warns Pachter: Every electronic message leaves a trail.
"A basic guideline is to assume that others will see what you write," she says, "so don't write anything you wouldn't want everyone to see." A more liberal interpretation: Don't write anything that would be ruinous to you or hurtful to others. After all, email is dangerously easy to forward, and it's better to be safe than sorry.

To the King,by her Princess

Dearest Paa,

Like any other day today I miss you a lot.You know Mumaa still says I'm much alike you, today I grown up a lot you know your grand daughter is supposed to appear for her 12th exams,Akki is in 8th standard.6 years has been passed he's no more with us.

At times I feel the journey is really alone as you teach us from the beginning to survive at your own. And,after such a long journey when I'm supposed to realize the efforts you do that time to keep us smiling, being unaware about the fact, being untouched by the sweat & blood struggle you do.

I really don't have enough words to express my gratitude. Can't believe any child can ever repay the debt of any of the parents and now-a-days when myself I'm the single-mother(cum father)I realize the efforts and also the care you never ever let us feel.

Love you & miss you a lot.Whatever I'm is all for you Papa, you're my admirer as ever.

Yours Princess,
Kittu
