Recruitment:Trendz that Matterz

Recruitment is never less than a lever on the business front.Quoting the great soul-:
Give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it, and I shall move the world.
Archimedes
Characterizing manpower as key to business growth, the growing job opportunities and a reservoir of available talent pool, hiring would not be only about sourcing, interviewing candidates, and getting the vacancy filled. Instead, it would be increasingly about matchmaking the requirements of a job role to a candidate’s capability and vice versa. Organizations would be increasingly looking for a quality talent pool for their open positions and right kind of matchmaking would definitely hold the answers to business growth and expansion.

Outsourcing to pick up pace: It has already been observed in recent times that business leaders including many CEOs are driving the talent agenda.  The recruitment industry and especially the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) specialists is increasingly making use of social media and analytics to deliver both efficiency and experience. These two important factors would be the new favorites, while looking for quality talent and strategizing to retain the talent. In the present socio-economic scenario, this model would be easily adapted beyond the mass hiring sectors to the niche hiring ones like core, pharma, and public services, etc. The RPO systems working on a strong technology platform has the capability to perform job-candidate matchmaking, deliver world class experience to all parties involved while simultaneously managing cost and time efficiencies.
Social media will gain importance as a sourcing channel: With 243.2 million internet users and 106 million active social media users among a total population of over 1200 million, the social media wave is yet to get into the heart of India.Talking of using social media for recruitment, this penetration has been equally low, especially when compared to the global markets (where more that 90% recruiters consider using social media as one of their major tools). However, given its numerous benefits and ease of usage, there would definitely be increased bent towards using social media channels in 2015. While the penetration might not reach to 90% in this year itself, according to ISR 2015, the number of recruiters accepting social media as recruitment and sourcing channel will certainly double.
Technology adaptability to increase: As increasing number of employers reach out to tier two and tier three cities to meet their hiring needs, increased usage of technology would not be a choice but a necessity. This would increase the adaptation of innovative tools like video interviewing, asynchronous interviewing, online assessments, that not only will increase the efficiency of the hiring process by 50-60%, but at the same time help in increasing the quality of hire.
Analytics: The business now expects the human resources leaders to be strategic partners. As the growth wave in business fires up the hiring engine of the organization, the talent acquisition leaders are expected to have the armor of data. By using analytics, the HR professionals would be ready to move from intuition-based decision making to data-driven decision making. A recent study by LinkedIn on global recruitment market shows that most organizations do not use data well in the space of talent acquisition. Though, India with 55% score, is well above the global average of 24% on “how well analytics is used for talent acquisition process, this number would grow further as analytics enters more into workforce planning, workforce utilization, and simultaneously into untouched areas like sourcing.
Candidate experience comes to gain the center stage: With everyone fighting the war to attract the best talent, it is only obvious that organizations are now focusing on delivering a unparalleled experience to the candidates. Though a year ago, this intent was limited to industries like IT/ITES, it will soon be adapted by others too. A good candidate experience is brilliant marketing for an organization and a bad hiring experience may cause the right applicant to turn down the job. Top talent has no desire to work in a disrespectful organization with leaders who simply don’t care about the recruiting process.
Online Assessment to change the game: When you are operating in a country like India, which is on the verge of reaping the demographic dividend, frontline hiring becomes an integral part of the hiring mix. Conducting interviews is a mammoth task and does not deliver desired results. Online assessments are proving to be the best solution in such situation. Claiming to bring efficiencies in the range of 40-60%, assessments are the new favorites amongst the industries like insurance, IT, BPO/ITES where frontline hiring forms a major pie of hiring mix. Many companies are working in a direction where interviews would be replaced by much more reliable online assessments.
Employers to woo passive Job seekers:  Passive job seekers have been attracting the recruiters attention for quite some time now. And as increasing focus of organisations falls on “quality of talent” rather than time to fill or hiring manager’s satisfaction, this trend would grow further. There will be an upsurge in usage of tools like social media that encourage collaboration and help in engaging this set of job seekers. One can expect increasing number of organisations to have specific strategies for both active and passive job seekers.
Employer Branding: In today’s world of “Talent war”, attracting candidate is considered as important as attracting the customers. In such a scenario, recruiting will transform into more like a marketing function. Employer branding would gain more important than ever. Year 2015 will see employers across industries to focus on building attractive employer brands, and using channels like social media and video marketing to reach the workforce apart from the traditional methods.
Recruitment on mobile phones: India is home to about 350 million unique mobile phone users that use this medium to surf the internet. When talent spends such a large portion of their daily time on mobile, it makes sense for the recruiters to be there to attract their attention.  As per a recent LinkedIn report, there has been a 90% increase in the number of users who use mobile to look out for job opportunities and 75% increase in the users who apply for jobs through this medium. This would encourage a large number of employers to have mobile optimized career sites and job postings.

The Unuttered Words

I never let her understand the significance of the word
Only because I know what would be the result
And as usual I don't wanna lose her at any cost
How much costly she's I never care but I just want to be accompanied
Nothing else more
But;Alas! I never can told her
How can I?
So last of all what I've to told is a insignificant "bye"
It's insignificant to her
Because,it's in way of coming soon
But,in reality I can't be ever back
I know she can hardly pardon me
And my last request to her
If she ever comes to know
The only word I want to utter is 'SORRY"-Written on 28.06.2012,Thursday

/\/SOLDEIR'S\/\

We think ourself strong enough
                               time to time
Being fit,defeating enemies
           or being enemyless
But,that's all in our personal life
Because we're self-centered
But,what about the guys
Standing sleepless nights on border
Awakened in the minus temperature
Whatever in water,air or land
For our peace of mind
For our secure life
Why they do so much struggle?
Is it only for money?
No way it's possible
It's all about dedication & love
They're the guys of golden heart indeed
They're the Soldiers;the Warriors of reality
So,let's hats off to them
Pay attention,do a grand salute-Written on 28.06.2012,Thursday

\.../My Father\.../

I can't remember the days of early childhood
But what I can't forgot is my school days
That time I get admitted in school
The lazy mornings when all in sleep
But he's awake to make me get ready
How can I forgot those days?
When I learn how to read!
How to write!
Yes,he can't accompany me the whole way
Circumstances are so
He's unable to overcome
But,whatever I'm today is his blessings
I know
He taugt me that life is yours
Live it in your own way
Who's the personality?
Very tough question indeed
Even my mother can't answer it
But,I can call him with honour Father
Yes,he's my father who never cares of his duties
And,in this way he make me to learn that none is us
We all're alone
No,he's not died
We live in a same city
Neither I want to see his face
But he wants to meet me
I ignored him
But how can I erase my past?
How can I forgot those days?
When he's with me
I can't
Maybe I can't be a good son
But as a human being!
How can I deny his debts?
No,I can't do that
But,onething I can do is hats off to him
His patience,his tolerance,his greatness-Written on 23.06.2012,Saturday

The Divine Call....

A weekend yawn and of course a sigh of relief on the other hand,a time to look back.
And,today what if gonna take a call of divinity....!!!
We believe it or not an abstract existence we all do have. And,here today some revealed facts of that abstract existence of ours.

Your birth isn't an incident of combining some organic acids,a greater purpose is there which you're serving with the every single act you're doing even taking a single breathe is the adobe of the Supreme soul,a wish of that God-Father.

Noway it's about to illustrate any of the preaches made by any of the Gurus or Mahatmas, rather it's dip down into the soul,a sabbatical in our modern terminology if said. And,yes we all should have to take this deep breathe at time, while wandering for collecting the materialistic possessions which we'll loose the very day we've to attain the eternal adobe.

But still being bound with the web of Maya's(wishes). We're doing our best fulfilling the very desire comes to us,and of course the wishlist is never-ending still we're striving for that temporary possession leaving behind the gem of life.A sea we've but who cares we're much happy throwing stones into the wish-pond.At times it works we've what we wish at times it doesn't even we loose a lot even we've ever think off.We allege time,we curse our fate but the thirst is never ending so again we do the same thing and with the cycle of life we worn out.

A very realization that comes to my mind and the reason behind I just think to share the words bubbling inside.

That's you're the very reason behind your own death,no external reason but your act & thoughts kill you slowly swiftly. Each & every day when you're busy assembling the materialistic possessions the inner self is smiling at you. Each & every moment you're spoiling or better if say exploiting by the very name of passion, ambition to become more reach on the materialistic front out of which a single molecule don't even you own. So,what's the possession you're crazy about! What's that you bring with and what you'll take along!

The very obvious answer must be"0".

So,live the moment,do good to yourself to others, spread the message of eternal love that we all are bonded with. The invisible, the inevitable, the irresistible power of love which only can give you fulfillment.

Confine yourself to the eternity.

Stay blessed,take care,,,,keep smiling......<3.-19.06.2015

Invalid Promises

We promised
Can we or not
But we assured
On behalf of promises
We make relations
But we've to break promises
We've to cut off relations
All promises aren't true so
Some're also invalid.

#Theme of LIFE#

We oftenly creates relation may be willingly, may be unwillingly;but did we maintain them?No we not,but why?A silence'll be there. And,here's the tragedy of our life or so called of human nature. We want those things that we even can't deserve.Again there arises a silence alongwith a why?And there're so many why's we have to face in our life.Having no solution we just flow towards the current. But,can't we stop for a while? Can't we think for these silly topics for a while.Yes,we can;but why would we waste our valuable time,it have no fruit ultimately(from many of us's point of view). And we human beings the most intelligent living beings of the planet have to utilise our time by earing money, raising bank balance, being separate from parents, having Mercedes Benz or Ferrari, staying in a five star hotel & so more. But,at death bed can we be happy?Through out the life we fulfill our wishes recklessly without thinking for a while for others i.e.is it harms any other or not.Why would we think so;we think ourselves the boss till we've strength in our bones but what about the day when the bones gonna be inactive?None think of it,because only stupids think of the future.Indeed I'm one of them. But,although my request to all of you must live in the present but also think of the future,be united,be co-operated,not only make relations but also maintain them.Life for a short while, make it most beautiful.A l'll effort of all of us is enough to make the Earth Heaven. So,start now, don't wait for tomorrow, life is today, live it today,be happy, let happy and last of all Sink in HUMANITY.

The Endeavor...

Dear Arpi,

With Love,

Its a long depart we've,I believe kids are supposed to be adolescent by now.I'm your sinner,we dream the future together and I can't make that.I left you before the land of sand, storm & snow. But,believe me I'm never supposed to do all these with you.Yes I'm ignorant, yes I'm arrogant,cold-blooded at times. But,you know I'm not that in real.

When we've Minkul the day am so happy I hugged you if you can remember and how can you forget! The very moments we weave together beyond all the criticisms.all the obstacles our unconditional love was that made us strong like anything that we survive,we built the dream home.

You must remember the day we've Akul,I bring rasgulla's for you, even the Nurse there laughed loud saying"your boy is a rasgulla too".I know I'm ever unable to give you what you deserve and believe me I can hardly ever forgive myself.

No reason to stretch anymore so here I'm concluding with my blessings to our kids.I'm always beside you,may be I'm your sinner but that'd never compromise my love towards you.

Be well,keep smiling.

Only Yours,

Deep.

Although I come to know....

Original composition by Ratna Di rendered into English by Me.

Although I come to know
A well-known fragrance opens the door at night
Invites a few flow like water.

Left behind a few words
Wants to blow & let back
Breaking the water I find silent death is sitting there.

After a very few days I'll not anymore
So much time has been passed, useless.
You better go to sleep
I've to witness the dark behind the window grills.
Will move to the land where none'll ever break the dream of silence.

The lonely filed is lying under the fertile cloud.-13.05.2015

@Summer Shake@

A lazy afternoon.Nothing to do at all. So,let's share some memories, there's a time in my early childhood when I've to spent time by killing flies. As you all know it's a quite hard job because flies have eyes all around their head which're countless, but I do my job very smoothly. The trick is nothing but I'm just behind the window curtain and whenever any fly comes near to the window glass I paste it there, there's also another business of mine and that's also very funny i.e. I caught ant's in a boyem. And,whenever the clock stucks at 4.00,I used to attach the sethi to the door.Guess why?Because, then I'm not of 6 feet as me now,and so that I've to stand on the sethi to open the door.I think you all can understand how much smart I'm from my early childhood.Whatever may be,as time passed my life gonna changed too.As I grown up my hobbbies are also changed. And,in my school life I passed my afternoon's by a King like long aristocrat sleep(in summer vacations).Really those days are unforgettable.Must be many of you guys having various experiences about this lazy hours. Now,I'm at job have to awakened all the time, may be purposefully or purposeless. But,I really miss those golden days, hopefully many of you also. But,what to do we're bound in circles but if we want then we can atleast can share our feelings with each other;e.g. after writing this I really feel my afternoon is utilised. What about yours please share.I'll wait for all of you's replies.Wish you all a very pleasent summer not joking seriously,be at home or at workplace be cool & enjoy yourself.Life is so sweet,so why we can't be?Let's have a shake of life.Let's have a shake of summer.

Ahead time Leader@#Gandhi

One of the greatest figures of the twentieth century, and perhaps of the millennium, Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi. He was both one of the most successful Leaders of the century, and, by his own standards, one of the least successful.
He was charismatic, but he was also deliberate and analytical. Gandhi was very much a product of his times, yet one of his greatest sources of inspiration was theBhagavad-Gita, written thousands of years ago. He was a politician, a writer, an intellectual and an orator. Without doubt he was a very complex man, but a man who believed in simple things.

So where do we start with an analysis of his Leadership style, ability and results?
Gandhi declared that "Action is my domain", so it is necessary to study the details of his life to begin to form a clear picture of his Leadership. The start point is also the end – he was called both "Mahatma", meaning great soul, and "Bapu", meaning Father. He was both of those things, not only to his native India, but also to millions of people around the world.
Albert Einstein, in tribute, said Gandhi
"… demonstrated that a powerful human following can be assembled not only through the cunning game of the usual political maneuvers and trickeries, but through the cogent example of a morally superior life".
Gandhi learnt his Leadership skills during his years in South Africa, and honed them in India.
Yes, he was naturally charismatic. Yes, he had a "feel" for his Follower’s needs which was uncannily correct. But he did develop formal tools and methods to become a better Leader over time. What he learnt is instructive to us all.
Not surprisingly, I believe that he is a classic example of the Leadership model put forward in "Leadership Truths". That is, he had a rock-solid value system from which all of his activities stemmed, he wanted to make major changes at every turn in his life, and he had a totally interdependent relationship with his followers. And, as a man of action, he used the 4 E’s throughout his life.

Enable
In formal organizational terms, Gandhi employed few unique methods. Yet, he clearly knew how to get people in the right place, to do the right thing. From arranging ambulance corps, to setting up formal "protest" organizations, to raising funds or even recruiting troops to fight in the War, he was no stranger to structure.
However, his greater enablers were in his own actions. He literally lived the life that he wanted other people to live. He demonstrated exactly how to behave, whether in normal day to day life, or in high-profile political protest. From the philosophy and structure of the "Constructive Program", his use of a spinning wheel was both a symbol of revolution, and a method of demonstrating how to build the "perfect" Indian Society.
The Ashrams were permanent examples of how a society constructed of small, "village" groups should operate. The Ashram had very formal rules, which all built on the core value system he was adamant the inhabitants should have. Nothing helps humility or cleanliness come alive better than a turn at cleaning the latrine…
Gandhi also used words as enablers, ranging from writing protest letters to helping to construct the Constitution of the Indian Congress party. "Satyagraha" and "Swaraj" are themselves both words of description and words of action.
From his dedication to a life of action, every thing he did enabled his Followers to follow and to act. "Do what I do, not what I say" was his greatest enabler. It was also his greatest energizer.
Empower
Gandhi’s life was a combination of discipline and freedom, for himself and for his Followers. His greatest successes came from empowering people with the methods and the desire for "Satyagraha". When those individuals faced attack or prison, they were both terribly alone, yet totally connected to their fellow protesters. They were free to pursue their goals, yet they had a contract with Gandhi and with each other. He needed to serve them, just as they served him, the cause, and each other (see my definition of "empowerment in Leadership Truths).
Unfortunately, his belief in the goodness of everyone to some extent blinded him from the frailty of human nature. Letting people free who cannot overcome their own demons leads to unpredictable consequences. This was clear in the violence of Partition. And, his belief that "Satyagraha" would have helped the Jewish people in their terrible struggle with Hitler was at best idealistic, and at worst inconsistent with the nature of the task
Energize
Gandhi had a knack of choosing causes which would have maximum impact, and which would have the maximum chance of touching everyone. Many members of Congress were skeptical of overly focusing on the Salt tax issue, as it had been a long-standing source of discontent. It could be seen as a minor issue in the grand scheme of the fight for Independence. Yet, the Salt March caught the imagination of the Nation, the global media and the world.
Not only could Gandhi energize on a large scale, but he could also touch individuals. A classic example is the response of the Judge who hoped Gandhi would be dealt with leniently, despite the Judge having to serve a mandatory sentence on him.
Gandhi’s humility, and obvious care for his opponents as equally as his followers, meant that virtually everyone Gandhi met had an emotional response to the man and his actions. Witness the Lancashire mill workers in England, who should have disliked his boycott on their products. His obviously truthful and heart felt explanation, both of why he was doing what he was doing, and why he hoped the mill workers would not suffer, struck a significant cord.
Gandhi also chose his personal symbols well, from the white dhoti ("cleanliness and humility") to only wearing sandals made of leather from cows that died naturally. The only decoration on the walls of his room at the Ashram was a crucifixion. He took the philosophy he espoused and turned it into visual representations of his "story". These symbols clearly provided a consistency to the energizing process he consciously used.
From a "story telling" viewpoint, his speech on the Salt March, almost angrily denouncing the overzealous use of scarce rural resources for the benefit of the marchers was a classic case of his speaking from his values, and galvanizing his Followers back onto the right course.
Single handedly, he stopped slaughter at partition in Bengal, with two of his most powerful energizing tools. He fasted without fear, and he met the "combatants" face to face, with no fear for his own safety. In fact, it is worth noting that his apparent fearlessness and disregard for himself was in itself a powerful energizing force, and a great problem for his opponents.
Yet, he also failed in energizing. The fait accompli of partition showed that he had failed to overcome both the fears of the Muslims in a largely Hindu India, and the nationalism / exclusiveness of Jinnah. He also failed to generate a sufficiently multicultural, pluralist sense in the leaders of Congress to build the right bridges. He could find insufficient enablers, and he could not energize a unanimous desire for "One India". Equally, his use of Hindu symbolism and obvious belief in the goodness of humanity , almost "against the odds", at least partly contributed to his own assassination.
Gandhi’s effect on the world was and still is immense. On the positive side, he helped create the world’s largest democracy. He also
gave to the world a way of thinking about and acting upon value systems that profoundly influenced such important figures as Martin Luther King and Malcolm X.  Gandhi directly influenced the American Civil Rights movement, and thus the broader Human Rights concerns and activities of today.
From a practical viewpoint, his focus on "Swadeshi" formed the core of India’s industrial policy, and that did deliver some real successes under Nehru’s Leadership. Yet, it is clear that the lack of Indian openness to the world economy, and the internal bureaucratization of Indian systems have held back that country over time. How much one can apportion "blame" to Gandhi is moot, as certainly those that followed him share the responsibility. That is a subject for another essay.

Net, even with his failings, Gandhi must still rank as one of the most effective and most positive Leaders of this or any other century.

Disclaimer:-It's a work of fiction there's no intention to hurt anyone's religious sentiment or personal beliefs.
Please abide by.

The plot is long way back the days Jesus was young in the city of Jerusalem. The day was as usual,Jesus was on his way to meet some of his disciples, certainly a young lady appeared before her;she's young, beautiful, charming.Although her cloths are in poor state, having holes & scratches all around her bare body is peeping.

Standing still before Jesus she's looking into his eyes,a moment or has been passed.
Jesus asked her "Who are You?",
"What do you want from me?"!

The lady is still silent, pin drop silence all around,it's almost afternoon, the sun is also shining high.

Certainly she broke down into tears, crying loud she's screaming "I can't be a mother."

Jesus hold her up in arms bring her to his own shelter,he nourish her with food & water.
And,told her something that even kept that lady astonished.

Saying that Jesus left that roof and again went on his way.

The lady is yet in shock did she really heard what did he said or it's  a day dream!
She's really wondering what to do and then certainly she started mumbling

Your Life....

A thirst you're born off
A thirst you're carrying with
A thirst is swinging within the soul
A thirst however you can define it.
At the zero hour
After every incomplete shower
The thrill you do feel
Yes,am the thirst
Your Life.
Give it a definition.-11.06.2015

"0" weds "1"

Someday "0" meets "1",
"1" said am the best the one & only.
So "0" replied yes you're right
But still the counting begins with "0".
"1" realized his mistake
& bow down before "0".
He said would you mind to be my prefix,
"0" smiled and nodded her head in consent.
Now its "1's term again
Would it be for ever(forever).
"0" just smiled.........!!!-------10.06.2015

I'm a first skin
So what

You all men are like-minded.

Even you can **** your mother.
Oh!just stop it.
Why should I
Can you commit?
You're welcome.
Whom am I
If I say "mah Love"
Don't call me
You're a betrayer.
Am not
All yours mah Sweetheart

I gave Life to you.......

A dying river wrote
On its suicide-note
Found on dry sand bed
"Hey Fungus
I gave Life to you."-07.06.2015

নদীর সুইসাইড নোট
শুকনো বালুচরে পাওয়া গেছে

তোকে জীবন দিলাম" !-০৬.০৬.২০১৫

A certain rain.........

A certain rain
That happens in Literature only
There're two terms
When life witness a rain
Either its passion or pride.-06.06.2015

হথাত্ বৃষ্টি
সে সাহিত্যে হয়
জীবনের বুকে বৃষ্টি আসে
দুটি শর্তে
আবেগ নয়তো অভিমান !-০৬.০৬.২০১৫

The very first meet.....

I saw a dream
There's a face
Rather two eyes
They're uttering lot
Not for food they're striving
Not for shade or cloth
They're begging for Life.
I can hear the whisper
Let live,let believe,let spread
Let live us of our own
A girl child was that
She shocked me when he call me saying "Paa".
Saying that she's gonna drowned
I spread my hand
She's lost
My eyes become teary
And,I lost her in the very first meet.-03.06.2015
