There’s no question that significant barriers to women’s advancement
remain intact. In fact, the head of UN Women pointed out that a girl born today will be an 81 year-old grandmother before she has the same chance as a man to become a CEO,
and she will have to wait until she is 50 years old to have an equal
chance to head a country. Yet, if you rewind a year, two years, pick a
number in the past decade, doesn’t it feel like we’ve already had the
very same conversations, quoting the very same bleak statistics, sharing
the very same frustrations?
While women clearly still face significant obstacles in achieving the gender parity we all hope for, this shouldn’t completely overshadow the huge strides women are making as leaders, innovators, and money-earners. In fact, we are breaking new ground in every industry and closing, albeit slowly, the infamous wage gap every year.
As we celebrate the 107th annual International Women’s Day this Sunday, March 8th.So,the certain thought why not share a few views/feelings/emotions among o celebrate the She as she's for me/us/we except the status she belongs to beyond the barriers why not taking an oath let that go which's lost from today, from right now we'll no more celebrate the diversity let's fulfill the rest with unity, equality & harmony.
Taking instance of my own if I say quoting one of the eternal writing soul's Sunil Gangopadhyay as I read it in one of his interviews wen he's almost in deathbed and that very moment of a man as long I can't believe even a man can lie at deathbed so he said "I never ever seen a bad women."(translated)
And,the very same feeling I feel as well from my core origin,my soul, and till the last breathe I'd love to.
I swear words aren't much eligible to express the emotions so better to conclude but of course the immensity of a woman is just to be felt by,the resemblance of nature is a blessed gift.
A very l'll tribute to all the women out there.Wish you all good health, may God bless,Take Care.-07.03.2015
